The creativity of our nation’s continues flourishing in all fields, including in the creative and fashion industries. This wave of creativity makes Indonesian fashion designers continue to be enthusiastic and rise to the challenge of being more innovative in adapting to new changes that occur as a result of the “new normal.” The results are then, of course, outlined in a fashion creation that is making the Indonesian fashion scene proud.
As it is, HighEnd Magazine and MNC Channels through the Lifestyle & Fashion Channel, as part of MNC Media, have organized an annual fashion event. The event is entitled “The Masterpiece & I Fashion Festival 2022.”
This event was successfully held on December 13, 2022, at the RCTI+ Kebon Jeruk Studio, West Jakarta. In its 11th year, I Fashion Festival carries the theme “Colors of Indonesia,” featuring the collections of 6 Indonesian designers, namely Livette, Eni Joe Indonesia, Yurita Puji, Kimberly Tandra, Laelyind, and Maison Baaz Couture.
Meanwhile, The Masterpiece, which is being held for its 15th year, has the theme “Enchanted Garden” and features couture works by 14 Indonesian designers. The artistic designers are Albert Yanuar, Andreas Lim, Berta Chandra, Eni Joe Indonesia, Enst Couture, Ernesto Abram, Jan Handrianto, Kimberly Tandra, Laelyind, Lisa Ju, Livette, Maison Baaz Couture, Nila Baharuddin, and Yurita Puji.
Livette proudly presents an ultra feminine take on the theme with a flowing peachy pink dress using Tenun Bulu Jepara that highlights refined elegance.
“This is a year of recovery where we are trying to get back on our feet–stays passionate creating and carrying out The Masterpiece and I Fashion Festival 2022, which support the development of Indonesia fashion scene by presenting the works of local designers,” said Mrs. Liliana Tanoesoedibjo as Chairwoman of MNC Group.
